About the Artist
Bruce Weis was a long time resident of Minnesota. He moved to Maine in 2016, where the natural landscapes and wildlife inspire his sketches. Encouraged by his family, Weis revisited his interest in drawing and now at the age of 84 is pursuing his art. He primarily uses pencil and ink and prefers to work in black and white, as he is partially colorblind.
